We suggest you point your rental car in the direction of new, beautiful Aulani Resort & Spa Ko Olina Hawaii. This Disney Vacation Club, located on the south shore 25 miles from Honolulu in the marina/resort community of Ko Olina, combines amusement and pampering for the entire family. Following just one year of operation, the resort began upgrading and expanding for an even better facility, with completion in mid-2013.

The resort welcomes non-guests in their spas and restaurants, however we feel it may be difficult to drive away after only a short visit. Why not make the resort and spa your special vacation destination.

Any resort with so many amenities comes with a generous price tag. Aren’t you glad you are saving on your rental car? You’ll find having a rental vehicle there is very handy for running out to grab snacks and groceries or taking the family across the island to snorkel at Hanauma Bay. A quick scan of online reviews will produce "Excellent" ratings with comments saying the resort’s location is remote and courtesy transportation is limited. We agree. Additionally, we think all of Oahu is beautiful and should not be missed.

Note that although there is a visitor’s charge for parking your rental car, those who take advantage of the Resort’s spa or dining facilities will receive validation for self-park and valet parking up to 4 hours. For Disney Vacation Club Members who choose to make Aulani their Hawaiian destination, parking is complimentary.
